Luís Carlos Gadelha de Queiroz has over 30 years of experience in the energy sector, in the areas of Infrastructure and Renewable Energy. He is currently CEO of B&Q and President of the Union of Energy Industries and Services in the Electricity Sector of the State of Ceará (Sindienergia-CE), an entity he founded in 2001. He was its first president, with a degree in Economics, specialization in Electrical Engineering, and MBA in Quality and Process Management. In 2022, he returned to the academic environment to study Renewable Energy Management at the University of Fortaleza - UNIFOR (in progress).

Since 2007, has been involved in structuring more competitive and sustainable businesses with a focus on the Storage, Distributed and Centralized Solar Energy chain. Member of the Board of Directors of ABSOLAR, Marcio is engineer from the Polytechnic School of USP - University of São Paulo - and an MBA from INSPER and has served as a professor in different postgraduate programs in topics related to energy and sustainability.
