Jonas Becker Paiva is the CEO of ECO Soluções em Energia and has been active in the renewable energy market for 11 years, with important local and national contributions to the sector. He coordinates the activities of ABSOLAR (Brazilian Solar Energy Association) in Ceará, and is the Financial Officer of Sindienergia-CE (Association of Energy Producers and Electricity Service Providers of the State of Ceará). Through ECO Soluções em Energia, he has developed more than 500 solar power generation projects for more than 1,200 customers, totalling over 200 MWp all over Brazil. Jonas holds a degree in Production Engineering from the University of Fortaleza (2012).

Efrain Cruz is the Director of ANEEL (Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency), a professor at IDP (Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research), a member of the Ministry of Justice's CNDC (Brazilian Consumer Defense Board), and was the Director-President of RELOP (Portuguese Speaking Countries' Energy Regulators Association), 2020-2021. He has been the Director of Ceron (Power Plants in Rondônia State) and Eletroacre (Electricity Company of Acre State), and was a senior consultant for the Special Energy Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association's Federal Board, 2015-2016. Efrain is a lawyer specializing in energy law, with a postgraduate degree in Public Law, currently mastering in Law and Development.

Constantino Frate has worked for more than 30 years in management and development of industrial projects in the oil, gas & energy sectors - including their conception, design, construction, contract management and operation. He has managed the implementation of power generation ventures, has been a superintendent at LUBNOR (Northeastern Lubricants and Derivatives Refinery) in Fortaleza, and at the Fafen-BA and Fafen-SE (Nitrogen Fertilizer Factories, Bahia and Sergipe). He was a member of the board of directors of COFIC (Camaçari's Industrial Development Committee) at the Camaçari Petrochemical Complex, Bahia. Constantino is a mechanical engineer from the Federal University of Ceará, specializing in Equipment Engineering and Metallurgy. He has further specialized in Quality Engineering from the American Society for Quality Control, and holds an MBA in Strategic Business Management from USP (University of São Paulo).

Jonas Rafael Gazoli holds a Bachelor's degree (2008) and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, both from UNICAMP (State University of Campinas). He has been in the Power Electronics Workgroup at the University of Padua, Italy (2008-09), doing research on electronic converters for distributed generation photovoltaic modules. He was awarded the 2013 Vale-Capes Science and Sustainability Prize for best master's dissertation, when he developed the first Brazilian microinverter for photovoltaic generation. He does research on photovoltaic solar generation and heliothermal power generation.

Luiz holds a Civil Engineering degree from the Federal University of Ceará, with a specialization in Railway Rolling Stock Engineering from JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) and in Quality Management from UFC/IEL, plus an extension course in "Infrastructure in a Market Economy" at Harvard University.

Adão Linhares Muniz has more than 30 years' experience in the energy sector. He has done work for Eletrobrás Termonuclear, including a 6-year stint in Germany, developing international co-operation energy projects with Siemens. He was Director of Energy and Communications at Ceará's Infrastructure Office for 8 years, where he helped plan and then headed the project that made Ceará energy-independent and a pioneer in wind generation in Brazil. He started ABEEOLICA (Brazilian Wind Energy Association) and served as its first president. He is currently a partner of RM Energia and of Energo Soluções em Energias. He conceived the idea of the startup Delfos Intelligent Maintenance, which was awarded the 2016 EDP Open Innovation prize.

Expedito Parente Jr has been active for 20 years in technological development, engineering and management of industrial operations for renewable fuel production. He has been a technical consultant for leading companies in more than a dozen different countries and has co-authored more than a dozen articles on biofuels in scientific journals with more than 50 colleagues. Jurandir Picanço Júnior is a Mechanical Engineer and Electrician. A member of the Ceará's Academy of Engineering, he works as energy consultant for FIEC (Ceará's Federation of Industries). He was President of COELCE (Ceará's Energy Company), has headed Ceará's Science and Technology Office, has been a member of CHESF's board, the President of ARCE (Ceará's Regulatory Agency), a lecturer on Electrical Engineering at UFC and the President of CSRenováveis/CE (Ceará's Sectorial Chamber on Renewable Energies). In those active roles, he has always kept a connection with renewable energies, and was one of those directly responsible for helping Ceará in its first initiatives to develop wind and solar energy projects and, more recently, green hydrogen projects.

Currently, he is CEO of B&Q and President of the Association of Energy Producers and Electricity Service Providers of the State of Ceará (Sindienergia-CE), which he helped start in 2001. Luís is an economist, specializing in electrical engineering and in quality and process management. Luís' professional experience includes: - Contract management of technical and commercial aspects of construction, maintenance and emergency services of energized and de-energized grids and transmission lines for energy sector companies - CHESF, CEETEP, ENEL, CEMAR, COSERN, COELBA, CELPA, CODENSA (Colombia). - Town and city public lighting management contracts, including call center, energy efficiency and georeferencing projects. - Active work for major renewable energy market players such as CPFL, AES, Alupar, Cúbico and Aliança.

Joaquim Rolim in FIEC's Energy Coordinator, president of the ADECE Sectorial Energy Chamber and Technical Director at ABGD (Brazilian Association of Distributed Generation). He represents the Industrial Class at Ceará's Energy Consumers Council, is a member of the Green Hydrogen Workgroup established by the Government of the State of Ceará, and has helped create Ceará's Wind and Solar Atlas. Fábio Scatigno has been active for more than 15 years in the insurance industry and has gained expertise on Latin America, having served as an expatriate Risk Manager for a captive insurer owned by a major civil construction company in Mexico and Ecuador, in addition to managing the policies and surety bond programs for other insurance lines in Guatemala and Argentina. He is currently the Superintendent for Surety Bonds at Marsh Brasil. Fábio has a degree in Business Administration and an Executive MBA in Finance from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation. In 2010, he took a technical course at NASBP (National Association of Surety Bond Producers) in Houston, and was awarded the title of Specialist.
